The Mill Iron N Ranch is a small, family owned and operated ranching operation headquartered in Bedford, WY.  Jim and Carolyn, together with their children Ania, Zofia, and Jake perform all of the day to day tasks needed to sustain their ranching business.  They employ Bud Williams' style stockmanship and Holistic Management principles to keep cattle in optimal health and state of gaining, and to improve all the ecosystem functions.
